Please remember that you can return the product within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason.
After receiving information about the desire to return, we will send the appropriate form, which should be attached to the returned product and provide the address to which the parcel should be sent. You can also write a statement of withdrawal from the contract, along with the account number to which we will refund. Immediately after receiving the returned product, we will refund the money to the given account.
If you have chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest delivery method offered in our store, we are not obliged to refund any additional costs incurred by you.
The right to withdraw from a contract concluded as part of a distance purchase is not applicable if the subject of the service is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to the individual specifications of the consumer: individual colors, fabric, size.
All wallpaper and upholstered furniture sold in the store are manufactured under individual orders (dimensions, colors, fabric) and are not subject to the right of withdrawal.

If the purchased product has manufacturing defects or is not as described, please follow the complaint procedure below:
1. Please submit a complaint about the goods you purchased to the address: firstname.lastname@example.org
2. After receiving the information, we will send you the appropriate form and provide the address to which the parcel should be sent. This shipment is carried out at the customer's expense.
3. Within 7 days of receiving the package, we will inform you by e-mail or phone about the result of the complaint procedure.
4. If the complaint is accepted, within 7 working days from the day of making the decision, we will compensate the costs incurred by: repairing the claimed product, sending a new copy of the product or refund.
5. If the complaint is considered unjustified, we will provide you with a detailed justification for the decision and within 7 working days we will send the returned product at our expense.
